These terms and conditions govern use of the online store
Badass Tattoo Supplies, available at
shop.badass-tattoo.ro, and orders placed through the website.

By accessing the website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

Orders can be placed online at any time. Support requests are processed during the working hours stated above.

Badass Tattoo Supplies sells supplies, equipment and products for the tattoo industry, including cartridge needles, inks, tattoo machines, transfer products, protective products, aftercare products and other specialist accessories.

Products may be purchased by individuals, businesses, Romanian sole traders (PFA) or studios. The buyer is responsible for using products in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, applicable hygiene standards and their intended purpose.

For sterile, sealed or hygiene products, the integrity of the packaging is essential. Unsealed products cannot be resold and returns may be refused where the law allows this exception.

Product availability is displayed using the information in the system when the page is viewed. In rare cases, displayed stock may differ from actual availability, particularly during catalogue updates or when orders are processed simultaneously.

If an ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and the order may be amended, delayed or cancelled, with a refund of any amount paid where applicable.

Product prices are shown in Romanian lei. The final order total is displayed before checkout is completed and may include delivery costs or additional charges associated with the chosen payment method, where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, description or product configuration errors. In the event of a material error, the customer will be informed before the order is processed.

To place an order, the customer selects the products, enters billing and delivery details, chooses an available payment method and completes the checkout form.

After placing an order, the customer may receive an automatic email confirming that it has been recorded. This message acknowledges receipt of the request and does not automatically guarantee availability of all products.

An order is considered accepted after details and product availability have been checked and processing has begun.

The store may accept the following payment methods:

  • online card payment;
  • cash on delivery to the courier;
  • bank transfer.

Cash payment on collection is not currently available.

For bank transfers, an order may be processed after receipt of the payment in the company’s account has been confirmed.

Delivery is available only within Romania.

The estimated order processing time is 24–48 working hours, depending on product availability and order volume.

After the parcel has been handed to the courier, estimated delivery time is usually 24–48 working hours. This timeframe may vary depending on the delivery area, courier schedule, busy periods or circumstances beyond the store’s control.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed.

The customer must check the condition of the parcel on receipt. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the parcel or asking the courier to prepare a damage report.

For missing, damaged or incorrectly supplied products, the customer should contact us as soon as possible at
badass.tattoo.supplies@gmail.comwith the order number and relevant photos.

Individual consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within
14 calendar dayswithout giving a reason, in accordance with the legislation applicable to distance contracts.

The 14-day period starts on the date on which the customer, or a person designated by them other than the courier, takes physical possession of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear request by email to:

For reasons of hygiene, health protection and safety, we do not accept returns of sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery where they can no longer be safely resold.

Examples of products that may fall into this category include:

  • sterile cartridge needles;
  • sterile or individually packaged products;
  • disposable supplies;
  • unsealed hygiene or protective products;
  • products that have come into contact with skin, liquids, contaminated surfaces or working environments.

Sealed products may only be returned in the same condition as when delivered: unused, undamaged and complete, with intact packaging and original labels.

When returning products under the right of withdrawal, the customer pays return shipping costs.

If a delivered product is incorrect, damaged or non-conforming, the situation will be reviewed separately and the remedy applied in accordance with product conformity legislation.

Returned products are inspected within up to 5 working days of receipt.

If the return is accepted, a refund is made within the applicable statutory period by bank transfer/payment order to the account specified by the customer, or by the original payment method where possible and applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund if the product is used, damaged, incomplete, improperly unsealed or can no longer be resold under normal conditions.

Products sold benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity under the applicable legislation. Where a product includes a commercial warranty from the manufacturer, that warranty applies according to the manufacturer’s documentation and conditions.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use, improper handling, unauthorised alterations, incorrect storage, normal wear or use for purposes other than those recommended.

Some products in the store are intended for professional tattooing. The buyer is responsible for ensuring they have the knowledge, authorisations, working conditions and hygiene measures needed to use them.

Badass Tattoo Supplies is not responsible for incorrect, unauthorised or improper use of purchased products.

For orders placed by businesses, Romanian sole traders (PFA), practices, studios or other professional organisations, certain rights specific to individual consumers may not apply.

For B2B orders, returns and cancellations may be assessed individually according to the product, condition, packaging, availability and agreed commercial terms.

To help us process a complaint promptly, include the order number, customer’s name, description of the problem and any relevant photos or documents.

We will try to resolve any situation amicably before it is referred to the competent authorities.

Badass Art Studio makes efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date. However, errors in wording, prices, stock, images, descriptions or product configuration may occur.

Product images are provided for information. Packaging, labels or presentation may vary depending on the batch, manufacturer or supplier updates.

Personal data is processed to handle orders, invoicing, delivery, customer communication, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions where necessary, including for legislative updates, operational changes or changes to the services offered.

The version applicable to an order is the version published on the website when the order is placed.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be resolved amicably or, if no amicable solution is reached, by the competent courts in Romania.
